Yes. All workouts are scalable. You control your speed, incline and weight selection. Our coaches guide you so you can train safely and effectively at your own level.
Absolutely. Start at your own pace and build gradually. Consistency matters more than intensity.
The minimum age to train at NEXT TRIBE is 16 years old.
Please inform your coach before class. Many movements can be modified, but it’s important that we’re aware of any limitations so we can guide you safely.

Create an account via our booking system, purchase a class pack or membership, and reserve your spot. Check-in closes 2 minutes before the session starts.
You can cancel up to 12 hours before class without losing your credit. Late cancellations result in a lost credit.
No-shows result in a lost credit.
For safety and flow reasons, entry may be refused once class has started.
Yes. If a class is full, you can join the waitlist provided you have a credit available. When a spot opens, you’ll receive an automatic email notification.
Yes. Cancel your existing booking within the 12-hour window and book a new session.
We offer a flexible and 12-month membership with different monthly session options, including unlimited training.
Yes. Class packs are valid within a fixed time period. Expiration details are shown at purchase.
Online purchases may be refunded within 14 days if unused. In-studio purchases are non-refundable.
Flexible memberships can be cancelled at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
12-month memberships run for the full contract duration and cannot be cancelled early.
